"After reading the amazing reviews on Google for the Shawn Aguilar State Farm Insurance Agency, I walked in and met with Insurance Agent, Steven, to discuss transferring my Milewise Policy with Allstate, as my current rates seemed to be escalating and no longer something affordable for me. To my surprise, State Farm has their own version of a low mileage good driver program, and when I bundled it with the same policy I have at Allstate, the end result seems more efficient and affordable for me, at this time. I only drive locally, and I am a safe driver, so State Farm offers many incentives to remain a safe driver with their Safe Driving App. I signed up today, and I am looking forward to driving with my new policy and not fearing how much it will cost if I drive a few miles further. Thank you, Steven, for your time and research, and I look forward to working with you. I have been with this Agency not quite two months, I am not having the peace of mind I had when I first wrote the review. Immediately after my quotes were given, I had peace of mind in what I was told and having Steven (one person to deal with when I had concerns and questions). Now that I found out he has left the Agency, my concerns have increased. I was notified of an increase to my condo insurance, in which I had given my recent wind mitigation report, indicating our whole building had hurricane windows and doors replaced a few years back. I was increased without notification or explanation. This went on for several weeks, as I was told it was in underwriting and no one knew what was going on. About a week ago, I was told there would be a $3.47 increase to my condo insurance, monthly. For such a small amount, I agreed. I noticed on my app that they also increased my auto insurance with no explanation. When I called, I was told it wasn't increased. When I asked for a detailed account of what was going on, I was sent a statement that didn't add up. I emailed them, and questioned yesterday, as the figures do not add up. I am still waiting for this matter to be cleared up. This is the worst experience I ever had dealing with an insurance agency. Please, be cautious.."
